KakeboAI is a mobile application designed to enable users to record their household expenses using voice and letting the artificial intelligence service take care of categorization and calculations. PolymathicByte offers KakeboAI "as is" and does not provide any type of warranty. KakeboAI is constantly in development and temporary service interruptions or the removal of features or the presence of bugs may occur. We do our best, so please be patient and report any issues to us.

We will modify these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy from time to time and you will always find the latest version here. Below are the Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

Who Can Use KakeboAI

You can use our services only if you accept these Terms of Use and the processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You cannot use KakeboAI if you are legally prevented from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, if we have previously blocked your account for violation of these terms, or if you are under 16 years old.

Description

KakeboAI offers a service that allows users to use their voice to record and categorize their household expenses. This is made possible through the use of voice recognition and artificial intelligence technologies. Users have the ability to share their kakebo with friends and family to keep track of common expenses. You agree that this service is provided AS IS and on an AVAILABLE basis.

Terms of Use

You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: local, state, and national, as well as international, if applicable. You agree not to use the service fraudulently, aggressively, manipulatively, for money laundering, or inappropriately. PolymathicByte reserves the right, but has no obligation, to investigate your use of the service to verify compliance with appropriate use and to terminate your access to the Service, or to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

User Representation

You agree to represent yourself honestly, that all information you provide is true, correct, and current, to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the necessary rights, power, authority, and age to accept these Terms and to perform the acts required of you under the agreement.

No Warranty

PolymathicByte does not claim that the Service is error-free, complete, or reliable. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. PolymathicByte disclaims any warranty, implied or express, regarding the Service, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, including for KakeboAI Premium.

Termination and Refusal of Service

Your access to the Service may be terminated at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of PolymathicByte. This includes the right to prohibit any person from accessing the service who violates KakeboAI's content standards described below.

User-Posted Content

When you use PolymathicByte's products and services, you may have the ability to post content (e.g., payment descriptions, comments, User Avatar). You are solely responsible for all content you provide, post, upload, or submit. We are not responsible for evaluating the accuracy, truthfulness, usefulness, legality, safety, morality, or applicability of any user-posted content on KakeboAI.

KakeboAI Content Standards

When you share content on KakeboAI, you cannot share content that:

you do not have the right to share, or that invades the privacy right or the right of another person. You cannot share content that includes personal information intended to harass, blackmail, or otherwise target another person. Is false, misleading, or deceptive. For example, you cannot modify your User Avatar to represent yourself as another person in a harmful, obscene, abusive, or offensive manner. We do not allow nudity on KakeboAI. Incitement to violence or hatred toward an individual or a group of individuals for any reason is prohibited, especially if based on race or ethnic origin, religion, nationality, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation / gender identity. We do not tolerate content that contains threats or hate speech. Illegal activities such as criminal activities, terrorism, obscenity, child pornography, human exploitation, gambling, drug use, firearms or ammunition, and piracy are prohibited. Spam or promoting or participating in pyramid schemes, network marketing, and referral marketing programs is prohibited.

Privacy and Security

In order to provide you with services, we collect some of your Personal Information. We describe our collection and use of personal information in our Privacy Policy. Please review this policy. You agree that PolymathicByte may disclose personal information provided to us, including the content of emails, messages, and data entered on the site, if required by law or government request such as a warrant, or as specified in the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your account.

No Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PolymathicByte BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PolymathicByte BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Paid Subscriptions

Some users may have access to purchase "KakeboAI Premium", a monthly or annual paid subscription that may include various extra features such as uploading expense entries via their own voice, statistics not available without premium, or additional services. The payments for KakeboAI Premium are handled through iTunes or Google Play Store. These subscriptions will automatically renew unless they are canceled 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The price at which KakeboAI Premium is offered may vary depending on the subscription date, country, local taxes and regulations, promotions, and PolymathicByte reserves the right to modify the price and subscription benefits at its sole discretion. If you have problems with our KakeboAI Premium subscription or wish to request a refund, send an email to support@kakeboai.com (we reserve the right to offer or refuse refunds at our sole discretion). Access to KakeboAI Premium may be suspended for late payments. PolymathicByte reserves the right to offer or refuse Premium subscriptions for any reason at its sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to hold PolymathicByte, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless and to indemnify PolymathicByte from any third-party claims arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including liability or expenses arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs, and legal fees, of every kind and nature.

Modifications to the Agreement

You agree that PolymathicByte may modify this agreement at any time by posting a new agreement. You agree that even if you have not personally visited the website with the new terms of this agreement, they may have immediate effect.

Exercise

You agree that the failure to exercise or enforce any part of this agreement and its terms does not constitute a waiver of the rights of the provisions of this agreement.

Jurisdiction

You agree that the entire agreement (including the Privacy Policy) will be interpreted according to the laws of the Italian State.

Complete Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PolymathicByte regarding the subject matter mentioned above.
